Zara: Studs And Leather

shirt: TFNC
jeans: Unknown
earring: New Look
bag & shoes: Zara

Black is my favourite colour so i couldnt resist the soft touch and twinkling studs of these amazing loafers as i spotted them on a shelf, walking out of what i thought had been an unsuccessful visit to Zara. As soon as they were on my feet i knew i had to have them. At £60 they weren't cheap, but they were definitely worth it. Leather shoes last a life time and even though studs could possibly go out of fashion, the style of shoe will not.
The bag, also from Zara is not Leather, but has lasted me well so far! It's just the right size to fit the essentials in and anything else i need for uni can be placed in a white 'Toast' canvas tote bag i throw on my shoulder.
The mint jeans were a present from my mum. I love the subtle hint of green, they are not too bright but visibly have a colour to them.

Swanky Ankles

So winter is pretty much here and recently i have been revamping my wardrobe so that  have less trend following clothes but more staple pieces.
I really want to get a pair of nice black ankle boots (real leather of course) so that they will last me a long time and never go out of fashion. I've started my search at Topshop and have picked these three shown above as my possible favourites.
What do you think?
I love the simplicity of them all and they are perfect as i know they will go with pretty much anything i wear.

Fate: H&M Marni Sandals

so i was having my hair done at the Knightsbridge Vidal Sassoon salon (such a great loss) and decided to have a look in some of the shops not intending to buy anything or to find a bargain, but just to browse. i then got to the sale section of H&M and spotted something silver shining at me. fate, im convinced. the last pair of H&M Marni collaboration sandals, on sale, in my size. i fell in love. as soon as i left the shop the sandals were on my feet. they walked the streets of london and the floors of The Kooples and COS.
the perfect sandal, for a perfect day in my favourite city.

Brown Leather Is The Best Type

Brown Leather Bag: Zara

I am now the proud owner of the well sought after brown leather Zara tote bag!! It came in the post today and i put all my stuff straight into it. Its big enough to fit all my stuff in but light-weight enough to use everyday. The quality of the leather and the manufacturing is brilliant and i really think this is one of the best things Zara have ever produced.
The only fault i find with this bag is that there are no pockets on the inside so for little things like phones or pens, there is nowhere to put them and all women know how frustrating it is to loose something at the bottom of your bag! Im looking for a clear, acrylic, zip up bag like a large pencil case that i can use inside it to put all the small stuff in so if any of you know where i could get one of these it would be much appreciated if you would leave a comment bellow!!
I also love the fact that it already matches my brown leather notebook and that bar of Galaxy chocolate would match too! Shame it might not be in there for long ....

Nuclear Season

Hat: Urban Outfitters
Bracelet: Swarovski
Jumper: Vintage
Jeans: Topshop (Jamie)

Im not a big fan of the January sales so i don't normally buy anything i them, but whilst shopping with my mum i noticed something glittering in one of the glass cabinets in Swarovski. At a bargain of only £33 from £56 it was the most beautiful and simple bracelet i've ever seen. Its lightweight and subtle and perfect to wear just about anywhere. You cant really see it very well but its a clear/lilac colour. I also needed a hat to cover up my bad hair days and to throw on when its cold so i found a white/grey one in Urban Outfitters with multi-coloured stitching all over (in the mens section) that was perfect and also a bargain at only £9!! Over all a good little go at the Jan sales!
